This page explains what information the Playbook collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your information is used to run the product: keeping you signed in, saving your progress, and generating your Playbook content. When you use a generate feature, the answers you have written are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to draft that content. Anthropic processes the text to produce the result and does not use it to train its models.
We may use your email to tell you about meaningful changes to the product. No spam, and you can opt out of any non-essential email.
Your account and answers are stored with Supabase, our database provider. The site is served by Cloudflare. Your browser also keeps a local copy of your work so the page loads quickly; signing out or clearing your browser data removes it from that device.
When you connect your LinkedIn account, you grant the Playbook permission to publish posts as you. It uses that permission only for posts you have written, reviewed, or scheduled. It never posts on its own initiative, and it never comments, messages, or connects with anyone for you. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time in Settings, which revokes the permission immediately.
If you turn on text reminders, we store the mobile number you give us and a record of your consent. We use the number only to send the reminders described on the Text Message Program page. We never sell, rent, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use text messages for marketing of any kind.
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you publish. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge you for messages you receive; the Playbook does not. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn text messages off at any time from the account menu.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Consent records are kept append only. Turning text messages on or off writes a new dated record rather than replacing the old one, so what you agreed to and when is always recoverable.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it by emailing privacy@eleven11.ai. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you at the same address.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
