Eleven11 AI SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Eleven11 AI text message program operated by Eleven11 AI LLC. By opting in to text messages you agree to these terms and conditions. Effective August 28, 2026.

Who sends these messages

This program is operated by Eleven11 AI LLC. Messages are sent under the brand Eleven11 AI and identify themselves as LAP by Eleven11 AI. LAP is our product for drafting and scheduling your own posts.

Eleven11 AI LLC is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

Eleven11 AI can send you text message reminders about your own posts. Texts are optional. The product works exactly the same if you never turn them on.

What you will receive

Reminders tied to posts you scheduled or published yourself. A typical message tells you a post has gone live and that a first comment is ready for you to review and add.

• A reminder shortly after one of your posts publishes
• A reminder when a post you scheduled is about to go out
• Occasional messages about your account, such as a LinkedIn connection that needs renewing

We do not send marketing texts, promotions, or offers on this program.

Where we send

We send to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada. Support for other countries is coming.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you post. Most people receive up to about five messages per week.

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply. Eleven11 AI does not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier may.

How to opt in

You turn texts on inside your own account. Sign in at lap.eleven11.ai, open the account menu at the top right, choose Text Messages, enter your mobile number, and tick the consent box. The box reads:

I agree to receive text messages from LAP by Eleven11 AI at the number provided, including reminders about my scheduled LinkedIn posts. Message frequency varies and depends on how often you publish. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Nothing is sent until you complete that step. We never add a number on your behalf, and we never buy, rent, or import phone numbers from anyone.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. You can also turn them off in Settings at any time. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@eleven11.ai.

Your number

Your mobile number is used only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. See the Privacy Policy for how the rest of your information is handled.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
